The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 257(JUD) "An Act relating to the disclosure requirements for real estate licensees, to disciplinary action against real estate licensees, to private actions and remedies against real estate licensees, and to real estate licensee agency, relationships, and duties; and providing for an effective date." Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 257(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 2. Representative Rokeberg objected. The question being: "Shall CSHB 257(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 2?"
